How We Started.
By accident actually. In 2009 we purchased a commercial property in the suburb of Seaton, South Australia, and it was designed for a residential townhouse subdivision. ‘Fortunately’ for the business community of Adelaide, this development was declined. We went to Plan B and looked at what the demand would be like for small business owners looking for office space – within one month we were 100% occupied.
The rest as they say is history.

First Business Hub Launch

10th Location Celebration
Former nightclub converts into serviced offices with an internal cafe in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.

Partnerships created with our overseas partners in Dubai, Athens, Indonesia and Singapore.
2020
Launch of Worlds Only Revolving Offices
Located in Glenelg South Australia, a former restaurant now home to serviced offices and coworking.
Regional Business Hub opens.
We enter our first regional market in South Australia’s oldest town, Gawler.
2021
We’re Expanding – Offer extends to new Licensees.
We are now expanding rapidly and looking for great people. We have a great track record, established brand and strong values.
