Business Hub was formed in 2009 with a simple concept. Since then we have grown with hundreds of members and multiple locations in key business districts. Our partner model provides the owner a diverse stream of income from serviced offices, virtual offices, business services, event management and boardroom bookings.
Our flexible terms allow businesses to grow and not worry about the office. It is a plug and play service and business owners enjoy working from our locations on an easy flexible agreement. We find that without the tight agreement, our retention rates are much higher and we can earn even more as opposed to a standard fixed lease.

I already have a commercial property. What now?
Location feasibility is a big part of the business. This means that Business Hub will have to assess and approve the location before it can be opened as a licensed serviced office facility.
How profitable are Business Hub Licenses?
Business Hub profitability depends on many factors including location, size and the partners ability to follow tested processes.
However, we will be with you every step of the way to assist with your success and to reach the goals setout for your business.
How long is the length of the license term?
The length of a Business Hub License agreement is 5 years with renewable terms.
