We offer short and long term agreements with renewable terms. This is something you can discuss with the location operator which will go over the options to suit your business.

Do I need to pay a bond?

No bond or security deposits are needed. Members pay in advance upon joining an office. We prefer you to keep much needed capital for your business to grow and prosper.

Are there any other costs?

We cover costs of internet, common cleaning, kitchen supplies and the building outgoings e.g. water and council rates. Discuss with the location operator if there are any other costs to your service.

Is furniture included?

Yes, we include furniture. You may request to bring in your own furniture also.

How can I expand my business?

If you need more space, just ask, All members are on our priority list for office space. Before we advertise, we ask if you still need that extra space for your growing business.
