Am I locked into long lease agreements?

No you’re certainly not. We offer short term agreements with renewable three monthly terms. However you may also choose longer terms if you prefer this.

Do I need to pay a bond?

No bond or security deposits are needed. Members pay six weeks in advance upon joining an office. We prefer you to keep much needed capital for your business to grow and prosper.

Are there any other costs?

There are no hidden costs. We cover everything from internet, cleaning, kitchen and outgoings. If you choose an additional service, i.e. podcast studio, venue hire, events or administration, then you will be charged according to that service. 

Is furniture included?

Yes, we include furniture. You may request to bring in your own furniture also. 

How can I expand my business?

If you need more space, just ask, All members are on our priority list for office space. Before we advertise, we ask if you still need that extra space for your growing business.
