Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any out of pocket rent or outgoings expenses?

Zip, Zilch, Nada. We cover your property outgoings, rent, internet and even provide you with a fully furnished office space. 

What is the length of the agreement?

We offer short term agreements of only 6 months. This will commence from January 1st 2023. After 6 months you can either continue with the office OR you can provide us with notice to vacate.

Can I relocate my business to another space?

Yes, you can relocate your business to another one of our serviced office locations and continue operations under a flexible term arrangement. 

Do I need to pay a bond?

Yes, you are required to pay an 8 week bond for the period commencing January 1st 2023.

Is there any criteria?

Yes. Criteria include:

1. We required a valid ABN;

2. ABN must be active for more than 3 months;

3. Your business has to have fewer than 4 employees;

4. Turnover is less than $500K per annum.
